Eagle Mountain Off-Street Trails Master Plan
This Master Plan aims to guide Eagle Mountain City and its partners in developing a safe, accessible, and sustainable off-street trail network that balances recreation, connectivity, and long-term growth. Key objectives include organizing existing trail data, prioritizing preservation and realignment of trails based on land ownership, development, and environmental conflicts, and evaluating on-the-ground conditions. The plan also focuses on a comprehensive redesign of the Mountain Ranch Bike Park, assessing the long-term viability of the NICA Course, and establishing wayfinding and signage guidance. It provides a roadmap for trail development, prioritization, and investment, ensuring expanded recreational opportunities while preserving the community's natural character.
