This strategic plan focuses on enhancing student performance by increasing the percentage of students at or above grade level through School Level Improvement Plans, high-quality instruction, rigorous coursework, and systematic data monitoring. It also aims to ensure equitable access to advanced coursework, CTE programs, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities for all students. A key objective is fostering a positive classroom environment conducive to learning by implementing positive behavior intervention support systems, providing professional development, expanding alternative learning environments, and offering themed learning opportunities. Finally, the plan seeks to prepare students for post-secondary success by enhancing career-focused pathways aligned with regional labor needs and increasing exposure to career experiences.

This document outlines Fayetteville Public Schools' Sustainability Action Plan, a comprehensive framework developed in 2025 to strengthen sustainable practices across the district. The plan outlines a 'GreenPrint™' approach focused on elevating climate literacy and building resilience. Its strategic priorities are structured across four impact systems: Leadership, Facilities & Operations, Curriculum & Instruction, and Culture & Climate, with goals aimed at expanding outdoor education, empowering student-led sustainability projects, optimizing operational efficiency, fostering collaborative leadership, and strengthening community engagement.
