The City Council meeting agenda included various items such as a proposal for emergency funding for the Welcome Centre Shelter for Women and Families, updates on micromobility interim by-laws, and heritage designation reports. The council reviewed administrative reports concerning the realignment of city by-laws, municipal grant applications for construction and environmental projects, and surplus land declaration. Additional items involved by-law amendments for zoning and procurement, and discussions regarding upcoming special events and community safety initiatives.

The committee reviewed a report regarding the potential conversion of one-way streets to two-way streets in specific wards and directed administration to provide additional traffic and accident data for key intersections. Members also authorized an agreement with the Downtown Windsor Business Improvement Area to enhance street waste collection services, including the addition of a full-time staff position. Furthermore, the committee endorsed a strategic approach for electric vehicle charging infrastructure, which includes the development of a formal policy and the issuance of a Request for Proposal to identify a third-party operator for the management, maintenance, and potential ownership of charging assets.

The committee discussed the extension and expansion of the Look Again! Outside! temporary exhibition, granting approval for the exhibition's continuation and the installation of additional artworks. The committee received various committee reports, including minutes from the Community Public Art Working Group, the Windsor Essex Community Safety and Well-Being Advisory Committee, and the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of Willistead Manor Inc. Additionally, the committee accepted the 2025 Annual Report and Financial Statements for Willistead Manor Inc. and approved a request for a fireworks display at Optimist Memorial Park.
