The plan aims to create a supportive learning environment where all students feel valued and reach their full potential. Specific objectives include improving instruction, closing opportunity gaps, enhancing college and career readiness, fostering social-emotional skills, enriching student experiences, recruiting and retaining high-quality staff, modernizing facilities and technology, maximizing fiscal resources, and strengthening community engagement. The plan anticipates achieving at least 27 measurable success indicators over the five years.
