City of Amsterdam Common Council Common Council Meeting

The council recognized local environmental volunteers, received status updates from the City Engineer regarding ongoing infrastructure projects including golf cart path improvements, street paving, and lead line replacement, and heard a report from the Fire Chief on recent fire incidents and EMS staffing. Resolutions were adopted to authorize a grant application for the remediation of 24 Willow Street, approve a school resource officer contract, authorize budget transfers, confirm audit results, approve signage for the municipal golf course, and enter an agreement for an eagle sculpture display.
