The 2025-2029 Strategic Plan for Moberly Area Community College (MACC) focuses on several key priorities: instructional excellence, student success, operational effectiveness, employee culture, and community engagement. The plan aims to improve course navigation and accessibility, expand innovative teaching practices, and responsibly use AI in academic and administrative areas. It also seeks to prioritize the student voice, close gaps in academic outcomes, and improve student retention and completion rates. Additionally, the plan focuses on increasing operational efficiency, fostering data-informed decision-making, enhancing employee recognition and professional development, and expanding community engagement through donor relations and partnerships with local businesses.
