The Planning Commission reviewed and approved several land use development applications. These included a rezoning request for a parcel at 408 S. Mock Rd to permit a truck parking lot, a variance to the city sign ordinance for 417 W. Third Ave, and a variance to zoning requirements regarding parking for a religious institution at 217 Johnson Rd. Additionally, the commission reviewed the status of previous city and county zoning actions for properties on MLK, Oakhaven, and S. McKinley.
