Ongoing safety maintenance requests were reviewed, covering repairs to radio antennas and repeaters, and replacement/repair of aging doors, alarm systems, strobes, and access control systems. The Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) and Annex were confirmed as approved by TEA, and an updated Incident Command form was developed.
