The strategic plan for the City of Sapulpa until 2030 focuses on land use, public facilities, utilities, transportation, housing, economic development, image and appearance, and quality of life. The City Council meeting included discussions and actions on various community development and administrative matters. A Specific Use Permit (SUP-018) for a church was approved with conditions related to building aesthetics and landscaping. Consideration of another Specific Use Permit (SUP-020) for mini storage was tabled. The council approved the close-out of the Dewey Avenue Connection Wastewater Line Project, including a final payment and change order.
