Francis Tuttle's five-year strategic plan (FY2024-FY2028) focuses on seven key areas: increasing access to programs and services for high school and adult students; developing programs aligned with workforce needs; enhancing student success through academic intervention and soft skills development; strengthening business and industry relationships; increasing marketing awareness through storytelling and community engagement; fostering a collaborative culture; and expanding career education initiatives. Specific benchmarks and targets are set for each area, measuring progress toward goals such as increasing high school service rates, adult enrollment, industry partnerships, community engagement activities, and cross-functional collaborations. The plan also emphasizes supporting underrepresented groups and improving workforce participation.
