The 2022-2025 Strategic Plan for Antioch College addresses challenges faced in recent years (COVID-19, financial pressures, etc.) by prioritizing a culture of deep listening, trust, and collaboration centered on justice and care. Six key goals are outlined: 1) enacting college-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives; 2) realizing a student-centered culture; 3) developing a rigorous liberal arts curriculum; 4) expanding the revenue base; 5) developing college infrastructure and operations; and 6) building Antioch College's reputation. Objectives under each goal detail specific actions to achieve these aims, including curriculum revision, improved student support, financial sustainability strategies, infrastructure improvements, and enhanced communication.
