In reports, the Board ratified the December 2025 Employment Changes and reviewed the December 2025 financial report, noting that revenues for the general fund were 79% collected and capital fund revenues exceeded expenditures for December. New business included approving the disposal of surplus property and the reappointment of three individuals to the Pueblo Library Foundation Board of Directors. The Board also conducted an executive session to discuss negotiations regarding the executive director's employment agreement.
