The Board of Stewards conducted a hearing regarding the summary suspension of an owner/trainer licensee. Testimony was received from commission representatives and investigators. The Board declined to lift the summary suspension pending a hearing on the merits. As a result, the licensee is denied access to all facilities under the jurisdiction of the commission, and any horses owned or trained by the individual are denied entry pending a sale or transfer to an approved party.
