Ellis Unified School District 388 Board Meeting Minutes
The board meeting included a scheduled revenue neutral rate hearing. It was noted that the hearing was originally scheduled because the initial proposed budget indicated the district would exceed the revenue neutral rate, but as the budget was finalized, it was determined that the rate would not be exceeded and a formal hearing was no longer required. The floor was opened for public comment or questions before the hearing session was officially closed.
