This School Improvement Plan serves as a comprehensive tool designed to address student achievement and system needs identified through a thorough assessment. The plan aims to enhance student proficiency across core academic subjects, including Writing, Reading, Math, Science, and Social Studies. Additionally, it focuses on cultivating a positive and inclusive learning environment by providing student supports, building capacity for leadership and effective instruction, and promoting essential skills such as collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and creativity. A key objective is also to ensure all students are exposed to career and work-based learning opportunities.

The board conducted a virtual public hearing regarding the proposed 2020-21 budget and a truth in taxation hearing. A formal presentation on the budget proposal was delivered by the finance manager.

The Board of Education meeting included various staff and personnel actions, such as the retirement of a staff member, the appointment of new teachers, and the hiring and rehiring of custodial and special education support staff.
