This document presents the recommendations of the Facilities Planning Team for Eden Prairie Schools, outlining a long-term facilities plan designed to align learning environments with the institution's 'Flight Plan 2035' academic vision. The plan focuses on three key priority areas: Meeting Basic Needs (ensuring optimal structural maintenance and accessibility, prioritizing safety and security), Improving Spaces and Experiences (fostering continuous wellbeing and maximizing space utilization), and Elevating for the Future (challenging and supporting students, and increasing authentic learning experiences). The strategic intent is to create flexible, personalized, and future-ready spaces that support student growth and community engagement, ultimately realizing the district's 10-year academic vision.
