Work includes cooling tower servicing. The contractor shall provide turnkey mechanical services for the replacement of the existing cooling tower fan drive train assemblies for Cells A and B during the Spring 2027 outage. The work generally consists of removing the existing fan drive train equipment, furnishing and installing new fan assemblies, gear boxes, driveshafts, oil lines, and mechanical supports, and reinstalling the existing electric motors. The Contractor shall also perform all required mechanical alignment, fan blade pitch adjustments, and final equipment checks necessary to return the fan assemblies to an Owner approved operational condition.
