The committee held a meeting to review status updates on various facility projects including Somerville Elementary final inspections, the Circleville High School gym, Ashley Ridge High School renovations, and the Knightsville Elementary campus upgrades. Discussions covered the implementation of a new car rider loop to manage traffic, repairs to the Fire Department's ladder truck, and the construction of a new vehicle maintenance facility. The committee also reviewed completed facility improvements and future summer projects, including carpet replacements and gym repainting. Additionally, the committee addressed the need for long-term planning regarding furniture procurement and potential playground turf installations to mitigate maintenance issues.

The committee held a public hearing regarding the 2026-2027 budget. Key discussion topics included the presentation of the budget proposal, which focuses on student behavior supports, teacher and administrator recruitment and retention, and classified staff compensation.
