Pacific Coast Academy Local Control and Accountability Plan 2021-2024
The Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) for Pacific Coast Academy outlines a three-year strategic direction from 2021 to 2024. Its primary goals are to optimize conditions for learning, improve college and career readiness, and enhance access and success in a broad course of study. The plan aims to prepare all graduates for college or viable careers, ensure comprehensive support for students, particularly high-needs students including foster youth, English learners, and low-income students, and address learning loss while accelerating academic progress.
