Strategic Plan 2022-2032
This document recommends extending the current Five-Year Strategic Plan, originally set to conclude in June 2027, through June 2032. The plan is structured around five strategic priorities: Academic excellence, Diversity & Social-Emotional Learning, positive Climate & Culture, Staff development and retention, and effective Finance & Resource management. The extension is proposed to ensure continuity, maintain organizational focus on existing priorities, leverage leadership stability, build upon past achievements, and facilitate annual adaptation to emerging district needs, thereby avoiding the costs and potential loss of focus associated with developing an entirely new plan.
