The meeting included discussions and updates on various topics. An ESOL teacher was hired, FTE window has begun, ESOL testing is underway and gifted testing will begin soon. Calendar options were presented and will be discussed further at the October board meeting. The audit is still on-going and awaiting return communications from Diedre at SHBP. Enrollment closed and tours begin in October. The Fall Giving Campaign has begun and incentives offered to teachers with the highest classroom participation. Facilities planning subcommittee is working to determine structural needs of the middle school and accreditation options were presented.
