The workshop included discussions on PPE safety equipment, funding for the Reservoir project, grant funds for a stage, and a proposal for a monument in Peace Gardens for fallen Police officers. Additional discussions covered the Renaissance Festival budget and expenses, a basketball tournament on Main Street during International Days, and donations for a drone show and the International Days Golf Tournament. Feedback from citizens regarding a water rate increase and plans for Share the Road paint-touchup lines were also addressed.

The meeting included the swearing in of Billie Heilesen as Price City Treasurer. The Fiscal Year 2026 Tentative Budget was presented to the City Council. Discussions covered the 2025 Price City summer music schedule and The Music in the Corridor. Approvals were granted for Resolution No. 2025-13-2, amending the Price City financial contribution to certain employee 401k accounts, and Resolution No. 2025-14, establishing garbage collection and disposal rates. The purchase of two dump trucks and a new 2024 John Deere Roller were approved. An Interlocal Agreement concerning fire/emergency services between Carbon County and Price City was also approved/ratified. The council also approved consent agenda items related to water rights, grant contracts, surplus declarations, bid rejections, grant applications, property purchases, fee waivers, congressional spending, and travel requests.

The council discussed Eastern Utah Softball's request to use Price City fields, suggesting a meeting with baseball parties to coordinate field usage. They approved a proclamation for Elks National Drug Awareness and Red Ribbon Week, and updated the ordinance for Declaration of Candidacy filing fees. Additionally, they approved updates to the Price City Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual, and requested additional grant funding for the Upper Price River Plan-EIS Project. The consent agenda included approval of minutes, career ladders, the HEAT Program Contract, and a fee waiver request for the Price Elks Lodge.

The Price City Council Workshop included discussions on safety, particularly regarding eye protection during yard work. Updates were provided on the "Welcome to Price City" sign and wayfinding signs. The 2025 Music in the Corridor events were highlighted. The purchase of dump trucks and a roller was discussed, and there was a report on attendance at the D.A.R.E. program. A meeting with Softball and Baseball Coaches regarding field use was also mentioned.
