The Board meeting included recognition of the college's Men's Basketball and Wrestling teams for their recent championships and accomplishments. President's items covered the transition plan for a new college president, participation in Capitol Day, and an update on the status of the SSC project. The Board discussed parliamentary procedures and the interpretation of Robert's Rules of Order for small boards. The Board of Trustees convened to consider material exempt from discussion or disclosure by state or federal statute and to receive a written legal opinion from counsel.

The committee reviewed an employment contract for the incoming President, Mr. Knezek, following his request for modifications. It was determined that the Committee's responses to these proposed changes would be forwarded by the Vice President.
