Wellness Council Minutes
The Wellness Council meeting included a mindful moment exercise and discussions around a spring retreat, focusing on commonalities to support staff and students. The council explored the possibility of pre-meeting prompts and leadership guardrails to direct conversations, as well as the potential for an annual student survey to assess wellness needs. There was also a suggestion to rethink committees and optimize their effectiveness.
