The board reviewed the resolution for the Carlos E. Ruiz application regarding setback variances for a home addition. A public hearing was conducted for the Ranbir Thakkur application concerning the re-establishment of a property as a gas station and convenience store, which resulted in a request to carry the hearing to a future date to allow for resident participation. Furthermore, the board reviewed upcoming applications for residential additions and setback variances from James Ray and Michael and Christine Stramandinoli.
