Bond County Board Regular Meeting
The Board discussed and approved several resolutions including the engineering salary for FY26/27, contracts for the Shoal Creek Bridge replacement, and funding agreements for South Pokey Road and West Keyesport Road with IDOT. Members reviewed various departmental reports from the County Clerk, Highway Engineer, Treasurer, Sheriff, Coroner, and Animal Control. A proposal regarding the College Ave Fiber Infrastructure and subdivision ordinance revisions were tabled for further review. Additionally, the Board approved a banner placement request for the local VFW Post and received updates on the feasibility study for the Sheriff's Department building.
