The board discussed and authorized several resolutions, including improvements and funding for the Woodcraft Camp, entering into an agreement for grant writing and administration services with Catalyst Leadership and Capital Solutions, LLC, and authorizing the acceptance of donations for the municipal shelter in accordance with state agricultural and markets regulations.

Actions taken included approving an amendment to a previous decision regarding building height for a property on Shore Drive, and approving area variances for new construction projects involving a garage on Peart Avenue, an accessory structure on Ganado Road, and a pole barn on Hudson Avenue. Additionally, an application for a dwelling with setbacks on Rock Beach Road was tabled with the applicant's consent, and a request for a use variance for a retail/personal service establishment on Cooper Road was withdrawn by the applicant.

The request involves the demolition of an existing structure and the construction of a new prefabricated building, along with a remote cooler/storage structure, canopies, a dumpster enclosure, and associated site improvements at 850 E. Ridge Road. The Planning Board granted Preliminary Site Plan Approval, contingent upon specified conditions.
