Franklin Discovery Academy TSSA Plan 2025-2026
This plan for Franklin Discovery Academy outlines two primary goals. The first goal is to achieve a teacher retention rate of at least 80% for the 2025-2026 fiscal year, supported by allocating TSSA funds to increase teacher salaries. The second goal is to enhance student proficiency in Acadience Reading and Math composites for 1st through 3rd graders by 5% by June 2026, which will be accomplished through the strategic use of TSSA funds for reading tutors, library aides, and K-3 academic coaches/aides.
