The strategic plan for the Fabius-Pompey Central School District focuses on three core areas: enhancing academic and enrichment opportunities, vertically aligning academic subjects, and improving communication. The plan aims to expand diverse learning experiences, ensure curriculum consistency from UPK through Grade 12, and foster greater engagement with students and stakeholders through optimized communication channels and increased interaction with leadership.

The communication addresses areas in need of improvement regarding the Extraclassroom Activity Fund. It discusses internal control deficiencies, specifically insufficient accounting controls over cash collections, club deficits, the maintenance of club ledgers, and inactive clubs. Recommendations are made to strengthen accounting controls, monitor club activities to prevent overspending, ensure clubs maintain student ledgers and profit and loss statements, and address inactive clubs by transferring funds or providing explanations for inactivity.
