This five-year strategic plan for Rappahannock Community College is guided by the Virginia Community College System's Accelerate Opportunity and the Aspen Institute's Community College 3.0 framework, aiming to advance students from access to completion and ultimately to successful post-secondary outcomes. The plan is built upon core values of Integrity, Diversity and Inclusion, Excellence, Access, and Learning for Life. Key goals include promoting post-college success through career-aligned programs and informed advising, enhancing job readiness and placement, and increasing the percentage of graduates who transfer to four-year institutions.
