Township Of Maplewood Planning Board Special Meeting Minutes
The board conducted a public hearing on the Master Plan and considered the adoption of the Amended Fourth Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan. They reviewed two ordinances, Ordinance 3181-26 regarding housing affordability and Ordinance 3182-26 regarding zoning and development regulations, for consistency with the Master Plan. Additionally, the board performed a Capital Project Review for proposed improvements to Ritzer Field at Columbia High School, including discussions on lighting, accessibility, stormwater management, and landscaping.
