Additionally, the committee deliberated on proposed language for a memorandum of agreement concerning video surveillance access protocols, focusing on definitions of emergency situations and appropriate notification procedures when accessing the system outside of traditional school hours.

The meeting included various updates regarding student representation, athletic booster club activities, and transportation services. The Superintendent provided information on the 2023 accountability report, recreational athletics, and enrollment. New business addressed MASC resolutions and high school food service operations. Old business covered pricing and information regarding modular facilities. Financial matters included budget updates, student activities accounts, and building infrastructure repairs. Several policies were reviewed for both first and second readings, and an executive session was held to discuss collective bargaining strategy regarding office reorganization and the clerical unit.
