The Quanah Junior High Campus Improvement Plan aims to provide a rigorous, student-centered education that promotes academic excellence, personal integrity, and lifelong learning, preparing students for high school success and responsible citizenship. The plan seeks to cultivate a culture of growth where every student is challenged, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.

Key actions included the approval of a local policy update concerning personnel employment, a memorandum of agreement with Hardeman County, and advertising for an architect for the community safe rooms project. The board also authorized updates to school financial account signatories.
