City Of Pineville Council Regular Council Meeting

The council reviewed the financial report for the month ending in August 2012 and heard a presentation on library services and tax renewals. A proclamation was issued for 'Live United Month' in support of the United Way. The council approved a rezoning request for a commercial property, authorized the disposal of surplus computer equipment, and passed resolutions for a Local Government Assistance Program application for fire hydrants. Additionally, the council awarded construction bids for airport lighting and emergency generator projects, approved funding agreements for airport infrastructure improvements, authorized right-of-way access agreements with railroad companies, and approved the dismissal of the city from a civil action.
