San Benito County Planning Commission Special Session Meeting Minutes
The special session meeting included the approval of the Consent Agenda, despite a Planning Commissioner expressing concern regarding the timing of the special packet posting and outdated public notices. The primary item involved a public hearing for a tentative map (PLN240026) to subdivide an 111.68-acre site into four parcels, two commercial and two agricultural. Discussion centered on conditions requiring improvements prior to recordation versus prior to building permits, specifically regarding road improvements and utility undergrounding. Public comments were received both in chambers and via Zoom. The Commission ultimately voted to adopt the resolution, findings, CEQA findings, and amendments to conditions 34 and 40 related to the subdivision.
