The purpose of the application is to close and dispose of a section of an Undeveloped Government Road Allowance to the West of Pt. SW-31-74-5-W6 and consolidate the closed portion of road into SW-31-74-5-W6. This consolidation would result in the County disposing of its interests in this portion of the land.
