The Board addressed various drainage matters, including an informal hearing for JDD EK2 Lat E-E and a formal hearing for Drain 34. Several Amended 28E Agreements were approved with local cities regarding street maintenance and snow removal. Additionally, the Board passed resolutions to terminate a farm lease for the Kubicek pit and to authorize the temporary closing of sections of roadway necessitated by a bridge replacement project.

The Board conducted a Special Election Canvass. They formally approved the abstract of votes and reviewed and approved various election-related claims.

The Board discussed and approved the liquor license for Spring Valley Golf Course, the appointment of Chyan Koppen to the Whittemore Library Board, and the appointment of Jay Goche and Steve Struecker as commissioners for the DD 4 Lat 40 & 42 Reclassifications.

The Board of Supervisors discussed and decided upon several administrative matters. They determined that the courthouse would remain open on specific dates in June and December to facilitate book closing. Additionally, the Board adopted a Construction Evaluation Resolution, which outlines the procedure for evaluating construction permit applications for confinement feeding operation structures as required by Iowa Code. The Board also moved to table an appointment to the Mid Iowa Economic Development board until a future date.

The Board of Supervisors acknowledged minutes from the Safety and Wellness committees. Key approvals included the purchase of a 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 SSV for the Sheriff's department, the implementation of CPR/First Aid/AED training for employees, and a change order for the purchase of solid waste transfer trailers. Additionally, the Board authorized the reconstruction of a high voltage electric overhead transmission line by the Corn Belt Power Cooperative. Several drainage district matters were addressed, including the approval of applications for buffer strip ban exemptions, the appointment of an engineer for a repair request, and the acknowledgement of a petition for a ditch cleanout.
