A variance application regarding septic and dwelling expansion for a property in Lake Emma Township was tabled pending additional design submissions. Regarding a variance application for shoreline vegetation and grading, the applicants withdrew the portion regarding vegetation while the Board approved the portion concerning grading and retaining walls.
