Putnam Valley Csd Instructional Technology Plan 2026-2029
This Instructional Technology Plan outlines the district's strategy for leveraging technology to enhance education from 2026 to 2029. The plan encompasses three primary goals: first, to foster engaging, student-centered learning experiences through the meaningful use of instructional technology and software; second, to promote safe and responsible technology use by providing professional development focused on digital citizenship and online safety; and third, to ensure reliable, secure, and equitable access to digital learning resources by enhancing the network and technology infrastructure. The overarching vision is to support students, teachers, and the community in developing skills for lifelong learning and productive citizenship within a diverse global society, reinforced by a K-12 one-to-one device program.
