Hampton Township Council Council Meeting
The council meeting addressed two primary items: a citizen's concern regarding a local deer overpopulation issue and a public hearing for a Seven Brew conditional use application. Regarding the deer population, council members and the police department discussed the limitations of existing archery programs and potential future collaboration with other municipalities on more aggressive deer management strategies. For the Seven Brew application, the discussion focused on traffic engineering reports for a proposed drive-through coffee shop, with a strong recommendation from township officials to restrict the site to a right-turn-only egress to ensure public safety and traffic flow.
