This strategic plan, titled 'IGNITE 2027: Wired to Learn Fast', aims to transform education to inspire and empower all students to maximize their full potential. It is built upon three strategic pillars: Connected by Community, Fueled by Innovation, and Driven by Leadership. The plan outlines five key focus areas: Academic Success, Safety, Culture, & Climate, Communication & Engagement, Talent Development & Support, and Organizational & Fiscal Responsibility. The ultimate goal is to ensure every student and family feels a deep sense of belonging, foster dynamic learning environments, connect students to meaningful learning pathways, and prepare every student to lead, contribute, and thrive in the community and beyond.
