The committee discussed and recommended to the Council that they authorize bids to reroof the old ranger station garage. There was also discussion regarding the demolition of the old ranger station office, with a decision to pursue an asbestos inspection and obtain quotes for removal before proceeding with demolition. Additionally, the committee held a closed session to discuss EMS/PD leases, resulting in a recommendation to the Council to approve a lease with one modification.

The board discussed financial statements and invoices from May and June 2025. Anna was elected as Secretary. Maintenance issues were addressed, including sending out an RFP for floors and checking on the HVAC system. The upcoming replacement of computers due to the Windows 11 upgrade was discussed, along with plans for rearranging the upstairs library space. The Director's report highlighted circulation trends and the start of the summer reading program, including outreach to elementary schools.
