Town Of Shandaken Zoning Board Of Appeals Special Meeting
The board reviewed an application for an area variance regarding signage at Plaza 28. The applicant requested permission to install a larger, more uniform sign and confirmed the location would remain offset from the road. The board discussed the need for county review, the lack of lighting on the sign, and confirmed that two variances are required: one for proximity to the front property line and one for the sign height.
