The work session included updates on the Leadership Melissa program, school zone signage and ordinance, the 89th Legislative Session, and city hall renovations. The regular meeting covered a consent agenda including minutes approval, ordinance amendments, resolutions for facade grants and land conveyance, and a public hearing scheduling. The regular agenda also included discussions on annexation agreements, ordinance amendments for subdivisions and engineering design manuals, an executive session on economic development negotiations, and public comments.
