BoardMuseums & Cultural Affairs Advisory Board Minutes
The board conducted elections for the Chair and Vice Chair positions and approved the 2025-2027 meeting schedule. The members reviewed and approved the 2026 Annual Public Art Plan. Additional actions included the approval of deaccessions for the El Paso Museum of Art, approval of loans to the ASU Art Museum, and acceptance of a significant gift offer of contemporary jewelry and artworks. The board also approved the purchase of new photographic artwork and received comprehensive reports regarding attendance and programming from the Museum of Archaeology, Museum of Art, Museum of History, and the Mexican American Cultural Center.
