The Planning Board meeting addressed several key items. The Board discussed conceptual designs for the Patricia Russell Park redesign, including proposed site amenities and features. A boundary line adjustment was approved for the Colonial Theatre Group to accommodate a building addition. The Board formally accepted the withdrawal of a site plan modification application for a Sunoco gas station.
