Key findings indicate population decline, income disparities, aging housing stock, high retail leakage, and workforce challenges. The study identifies four market-supported opportunities: recruiting a full-service sit-down restaurant, activating the Depot Grounds with seasonal events, attracting a specialty retail store, and repositioning the Watt Center as a community and heritage venue. The overall objective is to support economic growth, attract new businesses, retain local spending, and strengthen the village's long-term vitality.
