Its strategic focus is to promote efficient, profitable, and successful operations for businesses engaged in agricultural products, food processing, food distribution, and allied activities, while also supporting small businesses. This is achieved by efficiently leasing and managing the Authority's land and improvements at cost-effective rates for agricultural and other compatible business, commercial, or industrial uses.
