The plan details the college's approach to conservative investment oversight and annual endowment withdrawals to cover a significant portion of operating expenses, particularly for students from Kentucky and Appalachia. It also addresses comprehensive financial support for students, including housing and food, and highlights ongoing efforts to bridge a $5 million annual funding gap through fundraising to ensure the long-term sustainability of its no-tuition promise for future generations.
