The meeting included the consideration and approval of a bond counsel engagement letter with Kutak Rock, LLP, and an intergovernmental agreement regarding the maintenance of public infrastructure within Pinyon Pines Mobile Home Park. The Commission will also discuss ongoing and upcoming programming including a Pottery Coop, an herbal medicine class, pottery workshops, a youth drama program, and a spring cooking class. They also addressed the Major Site Plan for Lot 11C in the Northwest Colorado Business Park, which involves the construction of contractor shops and light industrial units. The board reviewed zoning compliance, parking standards, architectural requirements, and site design, including conditions for landscape plans and utility dedications. Additionally, they received a preview of upcoming work sessions regarding the town's development code.

The Council conducted a public hearing and review of Ordinance 745 regarding the 2025 Colorado Wildfire Resiliency Code. They reviewed and approved an Intergovernmental Agreement for the purchase of the Pinyon Pines Mobile Home Park to preserve affordable housing. Additionally, the Council considered and approved a sponsorship for the Hayden Valley Schools PTO's 2026 Spring Soiree and a resolution for the Rural Jump Start Program. A request for grant funding for Totally Tots executive director training was tabled for further research into alternative funding options. A study session regarding the Development Code was held with the Planning Commission.
